A marketing site for a land and homes developer in Tirupati.

Villa plots, homes and farm land for Mithra Developers, built to take a visitor from a WhatsApp link to a booked site visit. Astro with a plot-price calculator, a map for each project and an enquiry form that opens WhatsApp, with no backend to run.

Under the hood

The price is right without JavaScript.

The calculator renders the standard plot price on the server, then updates in the browser as options change.

Enquiries go straight to WhatsApp.

The site-visit form checks the name and an Indian mobile number, then opens WhatsApp with the request filled in. There is no server or inbox to look after.

The map loads when asked.

Each project’s map stays a light placeholder until it is tapped, so the page stays fast on a phone connection.
